Online Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, tagged items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items sent back after that timeframe will not be accepted.

All sale items, shoes, purses, jewelry, accessories, undergarments, and seasonal/holiday merchandise are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, or any signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days.

You may send your return back using the shipping method of your choice to the address below. Please package items securely, as Olive You is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend including your receipt or order information inside the package.

We would love to help you find something you love! Reach out to us if you need help selecting items for exchange. For convenience, we are happy to provide a return label upon request. Please email online@oliveyouboutique.com and we will email you a label. A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued by email within 3 business days.

Exchanges / Need Another Size?

Because of our limited inventory, we are unable to place items on hold for exchanges.

If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order for the item you would like and returning the original item for store credit. This helps ensure you receive the size you need before it sells out. You are welcome to keep your fingers crossed and include a note in your package with your exchange request of a different size. We are happy to fulfill it that way as well.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe you received a damaged or defective item, please email a photo and description of the issue to online@oliveyouboutique.com within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Local Returns

For local customers, online purchases may also be returned in-store for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
