Shipping policy
Online orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding holidays and inclement weather). Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled or shipped on Monday. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
As a small business, many of our pieces are available in limited quantities and may occasionally sell out. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund for your order.
We always want your order to arrive safely and on time! Please double-check your shipping details at checkout, as Olive You is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or zip codes.
Once a package has been delivered to the address provided, it is no longer in our hands. If your package goes missing or you believe it has been stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping to the US only. Free standard shipping for orders over $150. If you are looking for faster shipping, please select the other options at checkout (Express or Rush). If you need faster than what you see available, please call us during business hours and we are happy to try and make that happen for you!
In-store pickup
Enjoy free local pickup at 118 Meridian Way in Richmond, KY—no shipping required!
Select local pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready within 1 business day. Orders placed on Sunday will be available Tuesday (we’re closed Mondays).
You’ll receive an email with pickup details as soon as your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday-Friday 10am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 5pm, Sunday 1pm - 5pm. We are closed on Mondays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@oliveyouboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
